El legado de Luis Aparicio en el b\u00e9isbol recibir\u00e1 un nuevo homenaje en el Sal\u00f3n de la Fama de Cooperstown. Una r\u00e9plica de la estatuilla del premio que lleva su nombre ser\u00e1 exhibida permanentemente junto a la placa de bronce que lo inmortaliz\u00f3 en el recinto.<\/p>\n
El premio Luis Aparicio se entrega anualmente al mejor pelotero venezolano en las Grandes Ligas, manteniendo viva la conexi\u00f3n entre el pa\u00eds y su leyenda del deporte. Esta incorporaci\u00f3n busca destacar a\u00fan m\u00e1s la influencia del marabino en el b\u00e9isbol profesional.<\/p>\n
La iniciativa refuerza el reconocimiento internacional de Aparicio, quien fue el primer venezolano en ingresar al Sal\u00f3n de la Fama. De acuerdo a las autoridades del museo, la estatuilla servir\u00e1 para educar a las nuevas generaciones sobre su trascendental carrera.<\/p>\n
